The Verdict

A Slick Delivery Concept, Now Living On as Canny

WoahStork arrived as a relatively new weed delivery company doing a lot of things right: a beautifully designed website, a wide roster of Los Angeles-area dispensaries to order through, and a genuinely easy buying process.

What set it apart was the Strain Gene, a learning algorithm built to figure out what a customer likes and then surface other strains worth trying — a personalization layer we didn't see from other delivery services at the time.

The economics made sense too: driver-economy delivery services like Uber and Lyft had already lowered the cost of covering a wide area, and WoahStork promoted multiple competing dispensaries rather than a single storefront, which kept prices and service competitive.

Since our original review, WoahStork has rebranded and now operates as Canny Weed Delivery, carrying the same delivery concept forward under a new name.

Pros

Why We Love It

  • Slick, well-designed ordering experience
  • Strain Gene algorithm learns personal preferences and suggests new strains
  • Promotes multiple competing Los Angeles-area dispensaries, which helps keep prices down
Cons

Considerations

  • Delivery area was limited to the Los Angeles area at the time of review
  • The original WoahStork service has since rebranded to Canny Weed Delivery
  • Update (dead-destination-sweep-2026-07): our affiliate link for this specific offer is currently down (the tracking/redirect no longer resolves to the merchant), so treat the code/offer above as unconfirmed until it's restored -- we're leaving the page up rather than deleting it.

Ordering Through WoahStork

The service covered a growing list of Southern California cities and neighborhoods at the time of our review, from Culver City and West Hollywood out to Santa Clarita and Palmdale, with a zip code locator to check coverage before ordering.

The Strain Gene concept stood out most: rather than a static menu, it's a learning algorithm designed to understand what a customer likes and recommend strain variations to try next.

Now Operating as Canny

The post itself notes the update: WoahStork is now Canny Weed Delivery, so new orders route through Canny rather than the original WoahStork brand.

We Recommend This To Readers Who:

  • Live within the service's Southern California delivery zones

Coverage spans neighborhoods across Los Angeles County.

  • Want strain recommendations tailored to your taste

The Strain Gene algorithm is built specifically for that.

  • Like ordering through a well-designed app or site

The original review called out the design as one of its strongest points.

The Bottom Line Conclusion:

A Well-Designed Concept, Carried Forward as Canny

WoahStork's beautiful design and Strain Gene concept made it stand out, and that same idea now continues under the Canny Weed Delivery name.
